Terms of Use

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) apply to your use of veluraa.eu and any page, demo or material we publish on it (the “Website”). By using the Website you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website.

These Terms cover the Website only. If we later sell a product or service, it will come with its own terms of sale, which will apply alongside these.

2. Who we are

The Website is operated by Veluraa (“Veluraa”, “we”, “us”), founded by Arjun Khanna and Nitish Khanna and based in Malta, European Union.

3. Products are in development

Quantum Specs, the Neural Node and the Pocket Hub are in development. Images of them on the Website are concept images, and the features, specifications and designs described may change before launch. The OnyxOS demo is available to be shown on request.

Nothing on the Website is an offer to sell. Prices shown, including the Safira AI agent at €20 per month excluding VAT with the first 2 months free for buyers of Quantum Specs, are indicative. Hardware prices will be announced later. A product can only be bought under terms of sale that you accept at that time.

Safira is the AI agent of Flying Sapphire. Today it completes tasks in a web browser; the full-desktop control described for OnyxOS is part of the product in development.

4. No medical claims

The Neural Node is designed first for people with disabilities and works for anyone. It is not a medical device, and nothing on the Website is medical advice or a claim that any product diagnoses, treats or prevents a condition. Please speak to a qualified professional about any medical question.

5. Using the Website

You may browse the Website and share links to it for personal or business use. You agree not to:

• use the Website in a way that breaks any law or the rights of others;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected system, or interfere with its security or availability;
• copy the Website’s content at scale, scrape it automatically or use it to train machine-learning models without our written permission;
• introduce malware or harmful code, or misrepresent your identity or your connection with Veluraa.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Website, in whole or in part, at any time, for example for maintenance or security.

6. Demo requests and messages

Asking for a demo, an investor conversation or press information does not create a contract or an obligation on either side. Messages sent through the contact form reach the founders by email, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

If you send us ideas or feedback, you agree that we may use them without any obligation to you, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Please do not send confidential information unless we have first agreed to receive it in confidence.

7. Intellectual property

The Website, its text, images, film, design and code, and the names Veluraa, Quantum Specs, OnyxOS, Neural Node and Pocket Hub, belong to Veluraa or its licensors. Safira and Flying Sapphire belong to Flying Sapphire. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, adapt or distribute material from the Website except as allowed by law or with our written permission. Press may use Website material to report on Veluraa, with credit.

8. Links to other sites

The Website may link to sites run by others, such as LinkedIn. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

9. Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the Website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its information is complete or up to date.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of Malta or the European Union, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, profit or opportunity. If you use the Website as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

11. Privacy and cookies

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, and how we use cookies and similar technologies in our Cookie Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms, for example when the Website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. The courts of Malta have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may also bring proceedings in its courts.
