We collect very little: what you choose to send us through the contact form or by email, and the technical data every website receives. We do not sell data and we do not run trackers. Here is the detail.

1. Who is responsible

Veluraa, based in Malta, European Union, is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act of Malta (Cap. 586).

For anything about your data, email Arjun.k.khanna@outlook.com or nitishkhanna20@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

  • When you use the contact form or email us: your name, email address, company if you give it, the topic you choose, your message and anything you attach.
  • When you visit the Website: technical data that browsers send to every website, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and time of the request. Our hosting provider records this in server logs for security and reliability.
  • Your cookie choice: stored in your own browser, as explained in the Cookie Policy.

Messages from the contact form are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-delivery service that acts on our behalf; we do not store them anywhere else. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on the Website today, and we do not collect special categories of data through it.

3. How we use it and why

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run the Website and our email, such as our hosting provider, our email providers and FormSubmit for contact-form delivery, who act on our instructions, and with authorities when the law requires it.

If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an adequacy decision or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses to protect it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation is active and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is needed for a contract, a legal obligation or a claim. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security. Your cookie choice stays in your browser for up to 12 months, or until you clear it.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of your personal data (access);
  • correct data that is wrong or incomplete (rectification);
  • delete your data (erasure) or limit how we use it (restriction);
  • send your data to you or another organisation in a portable format (portability);
  • stop using your data where we rely on legitimate interests (objection).

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier use. Email us to use any of these rights; we reply within one month. You may also complain to the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta (idpc.org.mt) or to the data protection authority where you live.

7. Security

The Website is served over encrypted HTTPS, and we limit who can access personal data to the people who need it. No system is completely secure, so if we learn of a breach that puts your rights at risk we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

8. Children

The Website is not aimed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our practices or the law change, for example before adding analytics. The date at the top shows the latest version.
